Singapore also known as the lion city.
I got the opportunity to visit Singapore for summer vacation last April 19-23.
Our flight schedule was hectic since my flight was at 11pm and when I got to the hotel (Mandarin Orchard) it was around 4am.
I got the opportunity to visit the flyer, Marina Sands Bay, the Merlion, the aquarium, the park, Chinatown, the night zoo, the different malls and my favorite universal studios.
It truly was an unforgettable experience.
For our last day we went to universal studios and I rode practically all the rides. My favorite was the cylon which was a rollercoaster and the transformers 4D ride.
Later that day, we went back to the hotel to freshen up and had dinner at this small place in Singapore where it's sort of like a street food court. The food was amazing and I truly enjoyed it.
Sadly, after dinner we had to go to the airport and head back home. I was tired but it was worth it. My flight back home was at 3am and I arrived around 6. I slept in the plane the whole way back and even in the car. By the time I reached home I immediately slept in the comfort of my own bed and I left Singapore as one the most memorable experiences of my life.
